To use certain features of the platform—particularly those involving financial transactions—users must complete KYC verification by providing:
For Individuals:
Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driver’s license)
Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
Selfie or live photo matching the ID (liveness check)
For Legal Entities:
Certificate of incorporation or equivalent registration document
Articles of incorporation or memorandum of association
List of beneficial owners (individuals owning >25% of shares or control)
Valid ID documents of authorized representatives and beneficial owners
Proof of business address
4. Verification Process
Submitted documents are verified using automated and/or manual review.
The Company may request additional information if documents are unclear, expired, or inconsistent.
Verification typically completes within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur in complex cases.
5. Risk-Based Approach
The depth of KYC checks is determined by risk:
Standard Risk: Routine verification for most users.
High Risk: Enhanced verification for PEPs, users from sanctioned/high-risk jurisdictions, or those exhibiting unusual behavior.
6. Ongoing Monitoring
User accounts and transactions are continuously monitored. The Company may:
Request updated KYC documents periodically (e.g., every 2 years)
Re-verify identity if suspicious activity is detected
Restrict or suspend accounts pending re-verification
7. Data Protection
All personal data collected during KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained only as long as necessary for legal, regulatory, and business purposes.
8. Refusal of Service
The Company reserves the right to:
Decline service to users who fail to complete KYC
Terminate accounts providing false or misleading information
Block transactions from unverified or high-risk profiles
